Sa Calobra and its impressive Torrent de Pareis will leave you speachless those who visit it speechless. Sa Calobra (also known as La Calobra) is part of the Unesco World Heritage, in the category of Cultural Landscape, since July 2011, and has been declared a natural monument by the Balearic Government in 2003. The beautiful natural landscape stands as a port (and historically a natural refuge for sailors) on the rugged north coast. It’s pebble beach can be found among the mountanous Sierra Tramuntana, along with sand and boulders by picturesque stone constructions that are characteristic of the area. The imposing Torrent de Pareis (canyon) and its crystal clear turquoise waters make this point an essential place to visit In mallorca.
Sierra de Tramuntana is a natural jewel of the Mediterranean that is most definately worth a visit.
